- Open Shopify admin → Apps → Roadmap.
- Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner.
- Send us your question — our support team will reply as soon as possible.

2. Email Support
- Send us an email at support@roadmap.so.
- Include your Shopify store URL and a description of the issue.
- Attach screenshots if possible — this helps us resolve your request faster.
