Ways to Contact Support

1. In-App Chat (Recommended)

  • Open Shopify admin → Apps → Roadmap.
  • Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner.
  • Send us your question — our support team will reply as soon as possible.

2. Email Support

  • Send us an email at support@roadmap.so.
  • Include your Shopify store URL and a description of the issue.
  • Attach screenshots if possible — this helps us resolve your request faster.
