Introduction

After installing Roadmap, you’re ready to set up your first feature. Whether you start with Loyalty, Reviews, or Bundles, the process is simple — and you’ll see results right away. This guide gives you quick-start steps for each feature so you can decide where to begin.

Option 1: Loyalty (Points per Purchase)

1. Go to Roadmap → Loyalty → Rules.
2. Click Create Rule.
3. Choose Earn points per order.
4. Enter the number of points (e.g. 1 point per $1 spent).
5. Save your rule.

👉 Customers will now automatically earn points when they place an order.

Option 2: Reviews (Collect and Display)

1. Go to Roadmap → Reviews → Settings.
2. Enable Review Collection.
3. Customize your review request email (optional).
4. Open the Shopify theme editor → add the Reviews block to your product pages.
5. Save your changes.

👉 Customers can now submit reviews, which will appear on your storefront.

Option 3: Bundles (Product Packages)

1. Go to Roadmap → Bundles → Create Bundle.
