Introduction
Currently, Roadmap bundles are designed to work with standard Shopify products in the online store checkout. This means they don’t yet support subscription products or Shopify B2B checkout — but both are on our roadmap and coming soon.
Bundles + Subscription Products
- ❌ Not supported yet
- At this time, bundles can’t include subscription products created via Shopify or third-party subscription apps.
- Customers will not be able to check out a bundle that contains a subscription item.
- ✅ Planned support coming soon
- Roadmap will support creating bundles that mix subscription + one-time purchase items.
- Example: “Subscribe & Save Starter Kit” → shampoo subscription + free conditioner + tote bag.
Bundles + Shopify B2B Checkout
- ❌ Not supported yet
- Shopify’s B2B checkout currently handles discounts and product logic differently, which prevents Roadmap’s bundle logic from applying.
- If a wholesale customer tries to buy a bundle, it won’t display correctly at checkout.
- ✅ Planned support coming soon
- Roadmap will extend bundles to work in B2B checkout flows.
- Example: “Case Pack Bundle” for wholesale customers with bulk pricing.
Workarounds Until Then
- For subscription products → Offer them as standalone products outside of bundles.
- For B2B → Use Roadmap’s B2B & Wholesale Extensions to create discounts or eligibility rules until bundles are supported.
Common Questions
- Can customers buy a subscription item inside a bundle today?

- Will bundles work with B2B soon?
- Yes — B2B checkout support is planned and will be released in an upcoming update.
- Can I mix subscription and non-subscription items in a bundle now?
- Not yet — bundles only support standard one-time purchase items for now.
