How do I delete or disable a bundle?

Introduction

Roadmap bundles are created as native Shopify products. This means you can manage them just like any other product in your store. If you no longer need a bundle, you can either:

• Set it to Draft (hide it from customers but keep it available for future use), or
• Delete it entirely (remove from both Roadmap and Shopify).

Option 1: Set a Bundle to Draft

Drafting a bundle is best if you may want to reuse or re-enable it later (e.g. seasonal gift sets).

1. In Shopify
   • Go to Products → [Your Bundle].
   • Change the Product status to Draft.
   • The bundle PDP will no longer be visible in your storefront.
2. In Roadmap
   • The bundle will still appear in the Bundles module, but since the Shopify product is drafted, it won’t be customer-facing.

👉 Benefit: The bundle remains saved for future use, and all historical Analytics data stays intact.

Option 2: Delete a Bundle

Deleting is permanent and should only be done if you no longer want to keep the bundle.

1. In Roadmap → Bundles
   • Find the bundle you want to remove.
   • Click Delete.
2. In Shopify
   • The associated product created for that bundle is also removed.
   • The PDP disappears from your storefront.
   • Any links to the product will no longer work.

👉 Note: Historical Analytics for deleted bundles remain in Roadmap, but you can’t bring back the bundle without recreating it.

Which Should I Choose?

• Draft → If the bundle is seasonal or may return later.
• Delete → If the bundle is discontinued or no longer needed.

  • No — past orders remain intact and unaffected.
• Does drafting affect Analytics?
  • No — Analytics still show past sales, even if the bundle is drafted.
• Can I bring back a deleted bundle?
  • No — you’ll need to recreate it as a new bundle.
• If I draft a bundle, does inventory reset?
  • No — inventory continues to track normally for the underlying SKUs.
