How do customers manage their own subscriptions (pause, skip, cancel)?

Introduction

Once you’ve subscribed to a product, you have full control over your subscription right from your account. You can pause, skip, cancel, or adjust your delivery schedule anytime — no need to contact support.

Here’s how to manage your subscription in just a few clicks.

Step 1: Log in to your account

  1. Visit the store’s website.
  2. Click Log in in the header or account menu.
  3. Enter your email and password.

Step 2: Go to “Manage Subscriptions”

  1. Once logged in, go to your Account page.
  2. Click the “Manage Subscriptions” link.
    • If you don’t see it, the merchant may need to enable the widget.
  3. You’ll see all active, paused, or canceled subscriptions linked to your account.

Step 3: Manage your subscription

Click on any active subscription to:

✅ Pause your subscription

  • Temporarily stop future orders
  • Resume anytime

✅ Skip your next delivery

  • Keep your subscription active
  • Skip just the next scheduled order

✅ Cancel your subscription

  • Permanently stop all future orders
  • You can always re-subscribe later

✅ Change delivery frequency

  • Choose a different interval (e.g. every 2 weeks → every 4 weeks)

✅ Reschedule the next order

  • Pick a new date for your next shipment

✅ Update product quantity or variant

  • Increase or decrease how much you receive

Step 4: Save your changes

All updates are saved instantly — and you’ll see confirmation on your subscription page.

If applicable, you’ll also get a confirmation email for:

  • Paused or resumed subscriptions
  • Next order rescheduled
  • Cancellation completed

FAQs

Can I change my shipping address or payment info?

 Yes — you’ll see options to update both directly within the subscription dashboard.

Can I reactivate a canceled subscription?

 Not automatically — you’ll need to place a new order using the same product and choose the subscription option again.

Will I be charged if I pause or skip my subscription?

 No — charges only occur when a scheduled order is processed.
