How Timing Works

  • Review requests are sent through Klaviyo flows, triggered by an order event.
  • You decide when the email sends by setting delays in the flow.
  • Roadmap passes the customer + order ID to Klaviyo so the review is always verified when completed.

Best Practice Timings

  • Physical products → 5–10 days after delivery (gives time for the customer to use the product).
  • Fast-use consumables (e.g., food, cosmetics samples) → 2–5 days after delivery.
  • Subscriptions → Trigger requests after the first order or after a set number of cycles.
