How do I give different rewards to different tiers?

Introduction

With Roadmap Loyalty, you can offer different rewards for different tiers (e.g. Bronze, Silver, Gold). This lets you give VIP customers better perks like higher discounts, free shipping, or exclusive products — encouraging customers to move up and stay engaged.

Step 1: Go to Rewards Settings

  1. In Shopify Admin, open Apps → Roadmap → Loyalty.
  2. Go to the Rewards tab.
  3. Create a new reward or edit an existing one.

Step 2: Set Tier Eligibility

  • Under Customer Eligibility, choose which tiers the reward applies to.
  • Options:
    • All customers (default).
