How GWPs Work in Roadmap

When you set up a GWP promotion, you define:

1. Promotion Name
   • An internal name for your reference (customers don’t see this).
2. Conditions
   • Minimum Spend → e.g., spend $100, get a free tote bag.
   • Buy X Get Y → e.g., buy 2 hoodies, get a free beanie.
   • Buy A + B + C Get Y → e.g., buy the full skincare set, get a free travel pouch.
3. Customer Eligibility
   • All customers
