Can I feature specific reviews?

Not at the moment. Roadmap does not currently support “pinning” or “featuring” individual reviews to appear at the top of your product pages.

While you can’t feature a single review yet, you can:

Enable photo reviews → Reviews with images often stand out more and can be prioritized in your layout.
Use filters → Let customers view reviews by rating or by photo, which surfaces more engaging content.
Homepage review blocks → Add a carousel or grid of recent reviews to your homepage, which automatically rotates fresh content.
Shared reviews → Consolidate reviews across related products, which often boosts the review pool and highlights the strongest feedback.

Roadmap is exploring “Featured Reviews” functionality for future updates, which would let you pin specific reviews at the top of PDPs or highlight them in dedicated blocks.

Can I choose which reviews appear first?
- No — reviews currently display chronologically or based on filters.
Can I remove unwanted reviews from the top?
- Yes — you can reject or edit any review in moderation, but you can’t reorder them manually.
Can I only show 4★+ reviews?
- Yes — you can set auto-publish rules for higher ratings, but this doesn’t “feature” a review, it just filters what shows.
